Learn more →New Tampa was developed from the early 1990s onward as one of Tampa's planned northeastern communities. Tampa Palms, Hunter's Green, Pebble Creek, and the neighborhoods surrounding them were designed for families who wanted newer construction, good schools, and access to Interstate 75. The homes are larger than most of inner Tampa, with open floor plans, high ceilings, and generous square footage.
What they typically do not have is architectural detail. Builder-grade construction in a planned community means smooth walls, standard trim, and nothing that makes a room feel considered. Ceiling treatments address that directly: a coffered ceiling in a large living area gives the room proportion and weight. Accent walls with panel detailing break up the blankness. Built-in storage turns large spare rooms into functional spaces. These are not small cosmetic changes. They change how the rooms feel to live in.
We work throughout New Tampa, including Tampa Palms, Hunter's Green, Pebble Creek, and the surrounding communities in northeast Tampa.
